Hospitality and responsibility
Genesis 18:1–8 · Sefaria ↗Read & observe
Read the passage in a named translation, then inspect the Hebrew alongside it. Who notices the visitors? Who prepares the welcome? Identify the actions in the passage before discussing their meaning.
Discuss & reflect
What responsibility does hospitality create? Which detail supports your answer? Choose one practical act of welcome you can carry into the week.

Neighborliness in action
Luke 10:25–37 · Bible Gateway ↗Read & observe

Discuss & reflect
What does care cost the person who offers it? Compare your interpretation with a partner and identify a specific verse supporting it.

Read with context
Historical English translation · Project Gutenberg ↗Read & observe
Begin with the edition information and the opening chapter of 1 Enoch. Identify the translator and date. Record unfamiliar imagery and questions rather than assuming all traditions interpret it alike.
Discuss & reflect
What does the passage say, what does the translator explain, and what remains uncertain? Compare interpretations respectfully. This pathway concerns 1 Enoch; do not silently substitute 2 or 3 Enoch.

Kabbalah studies
Sources before synthesis
Kabbalah collection · Sefaria ↗Read & observe
Begin with Sefaria’s collection descriptions. Choose one work, note its description and available translation, and select a short passage with context. Kabbalah is studied here within Jewish textual traditions.
Discuss & reflect
Which claims come from the primary text, which from commentary, and which are your own inference? Keep those categories visible. Advanced interpretation should be explored with an appropriately knowledgeable teacher.
